It is situated in a completely renovated house originally built in 1870 right in the center (Stadtplatz) of Klosterneuburg, and offers a spectacular view to the town's landmark, the Monastry of Klosterneuburg.

Thanks to the central location of the house, all necessary shops, doctors, schools, kindergarden, etc can be found in the vicinity and be reached on foot.
The perfect public transport connection to Vienna (bus stops in front of the house, the S-Bahn (urban railway) stops around 300 m away and can also be reached with the bus) makes a car almost unnecessary.
Nevertheless there is a possibility to load and unload a car right in front of the elevator of the house in the inner court yard.
A parking spot can be rented on the other side of the street. By car you will reach Vienna's city center in around 20 minutes.
One reaches the apartment through the beautiful inner court yard with an elevator.
The entrance area is spacious. There is enough space for a wardrobe and a built-in-cabinet offers more room for "things". The separate toilet is accessible from here and a beautiful open wooden staircase leads to the upper level.
